I know I’m on a Paris kick…

But did you know Williams-Sonoma offers gift packs of plain and chocolate croissants? I’m sure they don’t come close to croissants in Paris, but I’ll at least will give them credit for trying. They claim Parisian pastry chef, Jean-Yves Charon is making these babies somewhere (where, in a WS warehouse?)  “in the traditional French style, using butter and ultrathin layers of yeast dough.” Let’s hope he uses beaucoup le butter. Nevertheless, a very sweet gift for the sweet tooth in your life.
